We ship exclusively with the Swiss Post. Depending on the weight of your order the shipping options are:

Post Pac International ECONOMY

Schweizer Post Economy Light (<2kg) 
CHF 10.00

Schweizer Post Economy Medium (2-10kg)
CHF 15.00

Schweizer Post Economy Heavy (10-30kg) 
CHF 25.00

SHIPPING INFORMATION

For all orders placed, packages are prepared within 48 working hours from Monday to Friday, from Zurich, Switzerland.
They are then delivered to the post office, which takes care of the shipment.
If exceptionally one of the products is no longer in stock, a delay of 7 to 10 days is required. You will then be informed by email of the follow-up and availability. 
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase but if you need to return an item we will gladly accept the return. Of any unswashed, unaltered, full priced merchandise. You have fifteen clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period runs from the reception of your order. The return costs remain at your expense but in the case of an exchange we will offer you the delivery costs of your new order.
In order to avoid any risk of breakage, any return order must be returned to us in its original packaging at the following address:
